Dear Sir, Yesterday I hosted a bus trip to Providence Golf Course in Davenport, Florida and Tom Cava was our driver.

I want to commend you, your company and Tom for handling an unfortunate incident with professionalism and total concern for all the passengers.

There was a fuel leak which at first was very scary, but we soon learned that all sorts of authorities were on hand to secure our safety and that you were quickly arranging to have another bus in order to get us to our destination in time for our daily plans. The Fire Department managed to patch us up to get us off the highway, and accompanied us with police escorts to a safe place to meet the other bus.

The other driver commended you, too. He told me that you wanted him to stay at our destination until our bus was repaired and we were assured that we weren't going to be stranded. It was clear you had our safety and our priorities of a fun day as your main concern.

When the day was done, everyone on the trip agreed that it was a 'memory' that will always bring a smile. I will not hesitate to use your company again and of course Tom if he's available. Thank you again........

I am a 6th grade teacher at Punta Gorda Middle, and we used 3 of your buses yesterday. Our experience with your bus company was wonderful and I wanted to drop a quick note of appreciation. Also, in my quick rush to empty the students of the bus and return them to class, I believe that I inadvertently forgot to thank my driver Gene (as well as the other 2 drivers). They were excellent drivers who took great care to ensure our safety, comfort, and enjoyment on our trip to Sarasota and back.

"I cannot priase him enough...."

I know a lot of people come home and forget to compliment you on your service. Our driver, for both trips to and from Tampa was excellent. I cannot praise him enough for his efforts to make our trip safe and enjoyable. When I looked down from the plane coming into Tampa, I-275 was in a traffic tie-up going north so I figured we would have to wait for our bus. The driver said to avoid traffic he was there at 4:00PM to pick us up at 6:30PM. This kind of service propmotes your company like nothing else can. Our driver met us in the luggage area with two carts to help some of the older ladies with their luggage.

Although I am not in charge of travel this year, as the trip to Biloxi and cruise in February were my last assigments, I have recommended to Larry Ondecker who takes over travel for our group. that he use your bus line Thank you again for your great service.

Letter Received From a Group From Our Savanah Georgia Tour August 2008

Dear Brett, My what a wonderful tour of Savannah GA that the PMERC Patrons and I experienced this past week; a great deal of what is owed to your skills as a motorcoach driver. If I wre to use an adjective to describe you, it would be the word "very"...yes "very": Professional, Amiable, Accomodating, Cooperative, Well Trained in the art of pleasing your patrons, and I could go on and on. You stopped at nothing to make sure that everything went great on the tour with us your   travelers.. Regardless of how tired you were , you still took us to CVS, not once but twice. You recognized the emergency present when of the passengers needed tp pick up prescribed medication from CVS. You were extremely courteous to the female passengers whom you personally assisted on and off the bus at each stop.....I don't believe I have ever been on board a motor coach, for a tour, when the driver did not get lost. If it happened to you, you were excellent at concealing it. The Coup de Grace was how you handled that large coach during the horrendous downpour of rain and high winds, while driving over the bridge from Jekyll Island to St Simon Island. I would request your services anytime when traveling....... Please continue to be as pleasant as you are, putting your travelers needs first above those of your own. May you continue to be blessed in all you endeavors.

The coach we traveled on was , without a doubt, the best bus I've ever experienced. Clean, comfortable, and brand-new appearing. And, with seat belts! Who would have thought?
