All of our drivers are pre-screened, background checked, and hold the Jessica Lundsford card, so you can have the utmost confidence and sense of security when traveling with us!

Brett Wilson

President of Florida Gulf Coast Tours, an Ohio native and an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan- If he says O-H, you respond with I-O. Brett did his time at Ohio State in 70's. He has owned insurance agencies in Ohio and Florida. He fell in love with the bus business when he moved to Florida in 2004. Hired on as a driver with Alvrian Charters, Brett has often said "this is the funnest thing I've ever done." So much fun it seems that he started his own tour bus business and later purchased Alvrian Charters. Brett lives with his lovely wife and 2 boys in North Port Florida.

Brenda Wilson

Office manager and the lovely voice you hear on the phone. Brenda is from Ashland Kentucky and you guessed it BLEEDS BLUE. Stay clear when UK Basketball is playing. Brenda is a multi-tasker and one of the most efficient people on the planet. She handles all the day to day office duties as well as the bookings and dispatching of motor coaches.

Gene Goudy

Gene is our senior driver and operations manager. Retired from the Army where he was in transportation, Gene has driven all over the US and Europe. No matter what state you travel, Gene runs into drivers that know him. Gene has probably logged more miles than anyone in the state of Florida. Gene's primary concern is safety. Gene keeps our fleet at the highest standard!

Brain Dorsey

Brian actually goes to the barber for that haircut. Brian drives many of our sport teams. He has driven professional baseball, football, and college teams throughout the south. Every time we give Brian a new city to go to he tells us he has a cousin that lives there. Brian is one of our young guns, who comes from Connecticut. He has driven in New England and Canada. Brian lives in Arcadia Florida and we are fortunate to have him with us. A Free Trip to anyone who can get Brian to grow an Afro!

Garnett Kelly

Jim Toombs

Jim comes from the great state of Michigan (as he calls it). A retired mechanical engineer Jim loves to drive motor coaches. He has driven our tour groups to destinations throughout the south and is one of our most requested drivers.

Tom Cava

Tom comes from the city of Brotherly Love, Home of the Philly Steak & Cheese, the Liberty Bell and Rocky Balboa. He moved from Philadelphia to Ft Lauderdale and now resides in Englewood FL. Tom is our East Coast Guy. Being no stranger to traffic, he is the driver we like in those freeway traffic jams. Tom also is an outdoor type of guy and loves camping. Tom is also one of our most requested drivers. Church groups and youth camp groups are the groups Tom prefers.

This is Steve. Steve works for that other Bus Comapny. When Steve filled out an application with us, he did not know that it is company policy for us to look at driving records. Well, Steve was unable to drive for us. He was however able to secure a driving position with that other Bus Company because they do not have the same standards as Florida Gulf Coast Tours. You can always tell which buses Steve drives. The buses always have some bumps and bruises. Steve however is a very nice guy and we wish him well. Just be on the look out when you are driving beside one of the buses from that other Bus Company. It might be Steve.
